With the implementation of assistive technological tools into the math course curriculum they're designed to help students excel in areas such computing, aligning and/or copying math equations on paper.   With the adequate use of AT in schools students have proven to enhance certain skills, and also increase their self- reliance.

Software:

Electronic worksheet software helps assist students with their organization and walks them through problems on a computer screen.  

This technology incorporated into the curriculum helps ensure that the student is getting the best education that they can receive.

Writing: 

Students that suffer with ADHD have the ability to write much poorer than those that did not have it.  There writing may be lacking in structure, vocabulary, grammar, length, and/ accuracy. With the presence of the proper writing software in the classroom the students learning will be enhanced.

Portable word processors are lightweight devices that looks like a computer keyboard with a screen.  This device can be easily transported from class to home assisting  students with their notes and writing assignments.
